hey guys new to the site i have a 96 black prelude fully loaded with the sport packege. A 2.75 inch drop, reactive intace, raceing cams, full exhuast headers back, pug wires and new plugs what else should i do to get my mph up and if there is a way to get a new speedometer so it shoes my mph the hole way and not end at 140 cause i know im doing at least 145

new ignition system, reprogramed ecu, or and ems aem makes a new one that is pretty cheap as i recall

BDaddy, you got to be a high roller because I've seen that thing probably the cheapest at 1100.

Take this anyway you want to, but what the fvck are you doing going 140+ on public roads??

If you do legal road racing, I don't even think you'll hit 140 on any course with our cars. And you wouldn't be worrying about MPH, but rather acceleration and suspension.

BTW, with the setup on your car right now, any ignition system woudn't do much for you in terms of gain, probably just smoothen out your engine. Please slow down

You car can't hit will fall short of hitting 150 unless you remove the revlimiter and want to run your car at 8k for minutes at wot.

Umm yah 140, even on the freeway...try to be more careful man...you may think speeding is cool, but when u crash at 100+ or get a ticket going 40+ over you won't think it's so cool

well i am definately no "high roller" but as far as i know that is one of the cheapest emu systems on the market in new condition so i was just trying to answer his question! as far as speed goes man, i am not here to be your daddy or make assumptions, but if it were me id hit the BIG PEDAL way b4 140!!! 140 MPH = GO TO JAIL, DO NOT PASS GO, DO NOT COLLECT YOUR LICENSE EVER AGAIN!!!! so think b4 you find yourself playing pocket pool in a concrete motel with 5 300lb fellons that insist on calling you betty!!! just my 2 cents

so your new then, well just to inform you that there are about 15000 members here and atleast one a years has died in a high speed crash.......going 140+ is nothing to be proud of

5g's in the import world is a good start but to keep up with the big blocks on the track that you talk about your gonna need more than couch change
