New DC-Sports Header

I just got back from doing a test fitting at the DC Sports facility here in SoCal. I wasn't given any information on the header besides that it's new, and it's for H22 equipped 4th Gens. Beyond that I don't know what's different from the regular DC header. I'm hoping that the change is a revised and improved collector, but I won't get my hopes up.

They said I will receive one in about a month and a half. So I'll be able to post pictures then.

Dyno, Dyno, Dyno, Dyno, Dyno, Pictures, Measurements, and then you should probably get a before & after DYNO.

Price tag too.

WTF is an adjustable test pipe and why did you choose to pay that much?

Its something that will probably leak after a few thousand miles. Is this the header and adjustable test pipe? Removed to avoid confusion.

NEW 4-way TEST PIPE 2.5 inches!
This goes from 6 to 17 inches and its fully 2.5 inches.
WE SELL THE FIRST & ONLY ADJUSTABLE 4-WAY TEST PIPE

This is basically all full of fail.

This test pipe is crap. Why not just buy a hytech or smsp if you really want to get in on the "honda crack pipe".

Lambo doors? great....

You could have bought a decent header + custom piping all the way throught with a nice muffler and probably made more power per dollar than what you're going with.

dude, you are a complete idiot. Just throwing some big open pipping on the exhaust isn't going to open the "Honda crack pipe"

The h22 is very picky engine and requires a well design header to really create any added power.

Next time do some research before you just going blurting out some rambling BS in a thread.

You know, I've been waiting for an unbelievably idiotic, yet insanely hilarious noob quote for my sig. Thank you, and good day.

So this new one still uses the 4-2-1 design? That test pipe does look like it'll leak but the header on the other hand looks pretty nice.

The header link posted is the HyTech replica Tri-Y for H22s. It has nothing to do with the header that the OP is talking about.

Got a call from DC Sports yesterday to let me know that the new header is ready to be picked up. I have to work the rest of the week so hopefully I can get it on Saturday and get some pics and measurements for y'all.

Can't afford dyno sessions. Sorry. I'll get measurements and pictures though. Plus, I like the Tanabe header I have already, so this one will go into storage for when I get my SMOG check.

Picking it up Monday morning.

The new header is nearly identical to the previous one. DC said they made some small changes for fitment issues. Collector is still the same, no increase in diameter. Here are pics with measurements.
