the neuspeeds are both 25mm wich means the front is smaller by .4 than stock wich decreases understeer and i went up 2mm on the rear bar wich also decreases understeer. so in escence i got rid of understeer. Secondly understeer is not strictly a swaybar thing. It has to do with tire preasure, tire size, camber, spring rates, shock stiffness, all of which i can controll except for spring rate as u get what u buy but i can controll my shock stifness and camber and tire preasure... etc. here is a cheat sheet for you

ok, but thickness does not equal stiffness... and also, don't take it the wrong way by me saying that. you might have negated the understeer you gained from the front sway by the rest of your suspension set up.
