neuspeed spring sagging

I have one neuspeed spring sagging in the left front of my car. Does anyone know if they have a manafacturer's warranty? Has anyone had this problem before? Where can I get 1 spring?

i just went to www.neuspeed.com, they have a limited warranty (whatever that means) against sagging. contact them @800-423-3623 or e-mail @ info@neuspeed.com

maybe it's your strut. I don't hear too often about neuspeed or h&r sagging. Are u riding stock shocks/struts?

eibach on the otherhand, i have heard some have a little sag.

I have tokico shocks so it probably isn't them. Neuspeed hasn't responded to their e-mail yet so does anyone else know what neuspeed does to replace them.
