I just put a new suspension on my car: Tockio blues, nesuspeed sports (1.5 F 1.7 R), and 17" Racing Hart C4s (215/45/17 tires). My problem is it rubs like no other. Even going over a small bumb in the road makes the back rub. Any semi-hard turn makes it rub. What do you recomend as a better spring, with more gap but still an aggresive stance? I'm looking at the Tein springs or some H&Rs. I'd prefer not to get coilovers but I'm looking at the Skunk 2s. Below are some pics of the rear.
Since I was afraid of the problem that you're having, I didn't want to lower the car. I just replaced the stock wheels and Goodyear Eagle GT II tires with 17" wheels and 215/40/17. I'm sure you will get some suggestions from experts.
For resizing the picture, you need a program like Adobe Photoshop, open the jpeg file and you can resize it.

Whats the offset on the c4? I have C2s evos and I'm just about as low as you are. I am running thinner tires though 215/40/17. I'm not having any problems at all.

get a louisville slugger, and roll the fenders that'll help a little. but, you have 215 45 17s... and you are dropped that much, youre gonna rub. shoulda gone with a smaller sidewall.

These tires were rcomended by the guy at the shop I bought them from, online so it will be hard to return them. Will I be OK if I were to raise the car up a little? The Tein springs have a 1.3" drop in the back compared to the Neuspeeds w/ a 1.7". I need to do something about this asap so any help is appreciated, especially pics.
well just to give you a sense of how big those are compared to stock, here are some numbers from preludecrazy.com:
stock diameter: ~606mm
215/40/17:~604mm
215/45/17:~625mm - so you've gained almost an inch on your diameter. But they probably make for an easier ride, which is why the guy may have recommended them.
You can compare two sets of wheels & tires using this link, Wheel and Tire size calculation Enter your stock (or the current one that you have) wheel and tire size on the "Current" column, then the new one on the "Planned" column. It will give all kinds of comparison/info more than you need. Like yield said, you gained almost an inch with 215/45/17 tires. With 215/40/17 tires (like my lude has now, see the pic above) you would lose 0.11" which is negligible. You can compared that on "Tire Height". The tire height (or diameter) will also affect wheel rpm and speedometer error. With 215/40/17 tires, speedometer error is 0%, but with 215/45 tires, it would be 3% which means that your speedometer reading is not the correct reading.
I wouln't trust the sales guys, but would do my homework first.
