Need Suggestions with Spring Rates

Hey I'm looking to purchase GC coilovers and I'm trying to customize the spring rates since thats a free option; I think...don't remember what the guy told me. Daily "spirited driving" and weekend autocross. I was thinking 400-425lbs FRONT and 350lbs REAR. I've seen other custom spring rates for this GC spring-sleeve-strut combo but they're too stiff. Oh, I had teins SS's, they were great but thats a totally different set up. I got some free new stock shocks so I'll be using those with the coilovers. Any suggestions?

Thats a good number to start with. What shocks are you putting these on because that could make a difference too. I had 450lbs F/R on Koni Yellows. Any more and you would really need a revalve.
