need some info on changing engine from h22a non vtec to h22a vtec

need some info on changing engine from h22a non vtec to h22a vtec will i need a new engine mount kit or will it be a a direct fit also changing the auto transmission to manual need as much info as can get

I don't remember a H22A not being VTEC...unless you don't have the right ECU.

There is no h22 non vtec. You either have a h23 or a f22. The new motor will directly fit. It is probably I good idea to replace the mounts when you swap the engine. When you get a JDM motor usally you get the tranny, ecu and motor. You might need some extra parts to swap to manual. Ask someone you has done it and it is about the best thing you can do.
