Is there a timing mark on the crank pulley?

Got a 93 Prelude- timing belt has snapped. I'm replacing the timing and balancer belt, but am not sure how to find TDC on piston 1 without being able to run the car. Is there a timing mark on the crank pulley?

Also- I was considering while in there, installing some lightweight underdrive pulleys- however, will a light weight crank pulley screw up the timing w/ the stock weight cam pulleys? Any suggestions would be kick-ass, thanks.
