Need prelude vtec 96 ecu, HELP!

Hello there,

New to the forum. I actually have a 96 accord ex 5speed with an H22 swap. I am running an OBD1 computer with a conversion harness and a hondata s100. The problem is, I will soon have to pass emissions (in AZ) and need an OBD2 computer. I would swap in the computer just for the test and then put the OBD1 back in. It is my understanding that I need a 1996 prelude vtec computer, as this would be OBD2 and would not have an immobilizer like the later 97-99 ones. I have also heard that there are people who offer a service where they defeat the immobilizer. I have searched but cannof figure out where to buy this ecu. Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Alfredo

You can find these on ebay or on the classifieds of Honda-Tech.
