Need to know where to get a cheap engine

I'm trying help my brother. He has a 89 CRX dx. He wants to swap in a ZC(he needs ecu, L3 tranny hopefully with LSD). Do any of you guys know where he can get one cheap. Here in Idaho we found a local place for 650 with a one year warrenty. Angain does anyone know cheaper, we don't have a hole lot of money, he's 16 I'm 15 so any help would be nice

heehee, since this is already going to be locked...

I'm doing good. Just waiting on my KVR brake pads to finally be able to put those legend calipers/vtec rotors in. I can hardly wait. Right now I'm hoping I can come out to Alberta again this summer to hopefully meet up with you guys again.
