Need help, i have a 93 prelude, has h22a in it. i bought the car 2 years ago, and the cars from canada, so i am pretty sure its not a swap. But the radiator went bad, i ordered a 93 h22a radiator from napa, clearly the wrong one, was told to try the 97 h22a radiator, and it fits but some of the fittings dont match up, im out of ideas and need help from you experts, where do i get the right radiator lol?? the barcode on it says radtech inc 75266 if that helps, thanks guys
What's the first 12 characters of your VIN? What's the exact engine code stamped on your block (including serial number)?
You tell me those and I'll give you a radiator part # to purchase.

JHMBB1177PC8 is first 12 on vin, as for engine serial, im not sure, i wont be anywhere near the car til later tonight. but im not sure where to locate that number, ill try to find it.
This means you have a 1993 Honda Prelude SR-V (Canadian) with the H22A1 engine and M2F4 manual transmission. The radiator you want to purchase is 19010-P14-505. This is assuming the engine and transmission were not swapped (that's why I wanted the engine code as well).
As for the argument about the amount of rads. There are 3 or 4 choices, depending on how you look at it. The Si (H23) and the SiVTEC (H22) use the same radiator for either automatic or manual transmissions. It's the part number I listed above, and it's a Denso. The S (F22) has two radiator options for the MT (Denso or Toyo) and one different option for the AT (Denso only).

Kronn, it is a 93 prelude SR-V, but the block says H22a, not H22a1 on it, ill post the engine code soon, i havent had a chance to go over and pull it, but ill be heading there in an hour, ill post it asap
I bought my radiator from Importrp.com and it worked out great. Just buy the OE replacement for your car, with a VTEC engine, and after a few hours of your time, you'll be good to go!

h22a is the engine code
its a japanese motor.
that shouldnt effect the radiator that fits it tho since its not an S model.
i stand corrected with my previous statement some how i didnt notice the S model wasent on the list of vehicles the radiator with that part number fit.
id personally give the one from csk a try its half the cost of a new one if you were get it from a honda parts store online.
from an actual dealer you will be looking at 410+ depending on how far above msrp they go. =\
