i have a 95 se w/ an h23 and im saving to swap a jdm h22 in, but i need a clutch now, if i purchase a clutch now, will it swap over when i do the h22a swap??? im not keeping the h23 tranny
you can use the same clutch for any prelude from 92-01 according to ACT...so you can use the same clutch from a H23 for an H22. My only advice would be to think about how much modding you will do to your car in the future..ie.if you're going high HP or turbo, you might want a ceramic racing clutch versus and organic clutch. (but remember a racing clutch can be a pain in the butt on the street)
thanx for the quick reply, im not gonna go that far with the h22a, simple bolt-ons, some fuel and ignition and if i decided to get a little more then some cams, but no FI or n2o for the h22a
