Could be lots of things... What does the noise sound like and where does it seem like its coming from? What engine?

Is the noise present at all times? Does it go away when the car is at operating temperature?

If you also kept this topic in your own thread and not post this non-related topics that would be great as well.

Get a valve adjustment and see if that helps.

17 mm wrench
Torque Wrench
Tappet Adjuster - Part# 07MAA-PR70110 ($20.81)
Tappet Locknut - Part# 07MAA-PR70120 ($32.88)
Honda Bond - Part#08718-0001 ($10.57)

Items in bold are things you may not have

How much experience do you have working on cars? Try to get a quote from a local shop to do this if you're unsure about it all. Shouldn't take more than an hour to do.
