Need help with h22/h23 swaping head

i have a h23 and i want h22, but i just want to change the head. can someone help me/tell me wat all i need to do this? the head, ecu, and what else? thank

I would say just swap an H22. The H22/H23 combo is not worth the hassle. I have yet to even see a Dyno of it......
The h23 doesn't have oil squirters for the pistons.....the engine is not meant to rev to 7500rpms......

Did you ever read Sik96Prelude's posts? He never added the oil squirters, added stage 3 cams, had headwork done, and dynoed over 220 hp. I'd say it's well worth the money.

I dynoed at 184, with just swaping the head. But that's old news, it's a very good swap if done right. To many bad builds and people who don't know what there talking about give it a bad rep.

Just do the search for the thread me and slp mode, Vern and Satan put a nice one together. If you want high numbers you are going to pay high dollars. I had a ton of money into. (Slp mode, you are still the sh*t, for your help and parts) Holla.

As far as oil squirters, if I am not mistaken none of us put them in. And when some of our motors crapped out it wasn't do to mechanical failure.
