need help on H22/H23 hybrid conversion

Ok, so i have all the necessary parts i think, but i have a few questions.

1) The intake manifold i got ahold of I think is off of an H22 for the 5th gen because the fuel line is on the timing belt side of the engine and the fuel filter on a 5th gen is mounted on the same side. Well my fuel filter like most of you know is on the distributor side, and well, the fuel line will not reach. So I am asking if i should take the fuel line off of my H23 intake (if it even fits) and put it on the H22 intake, or somehow extend my current fuel line. I just dont know how I would go about doing that; it is high pressure and i dont know what would hold the line together???

2) what exactly do i need to do to the manual tensioner? When i took it all apart there was no bolt holding the tensioner in place (its like they left it out) and there is no plate behind it or anything to take out. I was told there is a plate that needs to be taken out, but i dont see one.

All your help is greatly appreciated, i want my car back on the road!!!

I have a feeling im gonna love VTEC sooooo much.
