A RHD harness will not work in a LHD car, you have to modify your old harness to work with the new engine. As far as I know the F20B should have all the same sensors as a OBD2 H22A but I'm unsure if the IACV is a newer style with the 3 wire connection.

^^ what he said

If the IACV is different, you may have to re-use your old one. There may be a writeup on this site in FAQ about converting a obd2 h22a to obd1 - that should work for this.

Don't you have to run a chipped p28 or something with that engine?

Yeah he'll definitely need to run some sort of chipped ECU, I'm sure if he contacts phearable.net they could get him something that would run that motor. If it does use the newer style idle valve roskoracing.com has an adapter to use the old one as I'm using it on a Euro R mani I bought from him.
