Okay guys right now I have a faded red Honda Prelude. I was thinking about a new paintjob but really don't want to get red because of the fading. One color that I was thinking about getting was that Lightning Blue color. Do any of you guys have that? I think that is the right name anyway. I thought I seen a couple on ebay one time and I thought they were really cool lookin. Also, can someone give me an estimate of how much it would cost to fully paint my car a new color?
I was also maybe wanting a silver type of color but who knows...
A good fully dont paint job with color change I would say run 3,000 and up depending how nice of a job you want done. Have you taken your car in to get detailed? You might be suprised how much they can bring back the original color of the car.

Well I just don't want it fading again later down the line.

thats why you get it detailed everyonce and a while. if you take good care of the paint and wax it enought if should fade nearly as fast. usally paint getting in bad shape is due to neglect.
I had mine painted ebp....the cost of the paint with the clear coat was like $682....and a friend of mine that owns a shop painted it for $400...now this is a really good price...considering most shops will charge around $2000 for just a decent job.

Well my friend with a 92 Si Prelude, that has all the flash is painted Lexus IS300 Saphire (A Royal Blue with a purple pearl) or it can be matched up at 1994 Subaru Pearl Blue, now that's a sweet looking blue.
