need help on choosing headers, muffler/cat-back and rims for a 4th gen prelude.

so, i know there are probably a billion forums asking these exact questions, but a lot of them never really answered my questions. so here they are.

what are the best headers for a 96 prelude with v-tech and are cheap, right now i have my mind set on megan racing 4-2-1 headers

what are the best dual pipe mufflers/cat-back ?
again right now i hav emy mind set on a magnaflow dual pipe exhaust, haven't found a good one for a cat-back

and last but not least, i have the stock color prelude, that dark evergreen kind? yea, what rims would look nice? i sort of like the 6 spokes with the bronze/gold color .

again, im still new to this site . so please bare with me.

thank you !

Vibrant oval muffler. 3", 2 vibrant resonator, 3" catalytic converter, mod your megan racing to 3" collector. Rims, I personally like old school Racing Hart C5. Konig Feather rims, rota slips, rota circuit 8s, rota circuit 10's.
