Need Help With 94 Lude H22 ASAP

Ok so i officially have two Ludes now. More details after i can get it on the road.

94 Prelude Si 180k miles
H22
Manual
DC headers
NGK sparkplugs, and wires.
5zigen exhaust
spectre CAI

the exhaust ends after the cat, it needs to be welded back up.

No CEL

So its an H22a and it has an acceleration problem. It will go if i just slowly and barely press the gas but any harder and it will sputter and not accelerate.

Drives fine at a constant speed but if i give it too much gas it will sputter and not want to go any faster.

To be clear if i want the car will hit any rpm 5000+ etc it will... but it would take forever to get there.

Any ideas?

VIDEO0002.flv video by fr3ak_99 - Photobucket

Second gear shows the shudder, third shows me slowly going up the rpms, fourth shows the shudder again...

Put new gas in it when i bought it drove it an hour still does it

Idle goes down to normal when i pull the gas towards me but when i put it back into gear it will stay at a high idle again.

Spark plug wires? I had an issue somewhat similar like that before. More than half throttle would make the car shudder/hesitate. Turned out to be a couple of the wires had become garbage.

Take the cap off of your distributor and make sure all the wires inside are firmly attached. If so, then it could be the ICM within the distributor.

THANK EFFING GOD!!! Ok i got it figured out and i feel like an idiot for missing it...

I know i said i checked the plugs but that's because the last owner said they were only a month old, so i checked 2 of them, the outside 2, and they looked like he said a month old and still clean. Then i go to replace them today because they were the cheapo NGKs, and when i pull out #3 i almost missed it but there was a crack down the side of the porcelain and it was arcing to the side and melting the tip.

Tip for everyone: DON'T USE THE CHEAPEST PLUGS YOU CAN BUY, OE IS DOUBLE PLATINUM FOR A REASON.

As for me... im sorry for wasting a lot of time and i thank everyone who tried to help.
