Everything was merry and perfect until one day i realized that after i parked my car, the condensor fan did not come off. So i waited to see how long this was gonna last. It stayed on until it killed the battery. I recharged the battery and tried one more time. The fan stayed on again. So i pulled off the condensor fan relay and plugged it back in. Problem resolved. Soon after, i then realized that the fan doesnt come on period. Ive tried a new relay, but still nothing. The condensor fan doesnt seem to get any voltage. Right now i have the harness for the condensor fan relay jumped so it could be on. My assumptions are the fan timer, but i do not know where its located. Can someone please help!!!!!!!!

Fan timer is located on the passenger side kick panel right next to the ecu.
