need advice......turbo......suspension????

This is a big desision for me to make this summer.

I need to choose from going:

suspension: GC coilovers, koni shocks, custom springs, rear sway, racing seat, steering wheel, hub, new brakes, tires. Later smsp heeder, IM.

or

turbo set up:
I need new tires, then save for full race turbo kit and all the goodies that i have to make it run. $6500 all together.

so which one, I wont to get suspension to get my scca racing license this summer, but then I also what a fast car.

What wil it be??????????

SUSPENSION!!! Go with Tein SS or Flex. Oh and while you're at it, get EDFC. Nothing like with just a push of a button you can change from a Cadillac ride to a sports car ride.

TURBO!. How many peeps do you know with a turbo prelude in your area. Everybody can lower their car, but only a select few have TURBO.

^^ its more than just lowering.. ricers just lower, people who want to drag should turbo,

on a side note, if you like the twisties more then drag then I'd recommend suspension, followed up by JRSC if you vtec, other wise you'd be stuck with turbo, and yes i know we have 4th gens but Caz makes a conversion kit for the 4th gen. Why JRSC over Turbo? Because you have to wait for turbo to spool up (high RPM) and if your doing twisties its kinda hard to reap the benefits. however JRSC gives extra HP and torque through the whole rpm range.

and to be even rarer how many people you know that have JRSC 4th gens?
