Hey guys I think the bearings just went out on the distributor of my VTEC 4th gen. Now I'm stranded at work The worst thing is that I can get a distributor for free from the junkyard that I always go to, but it's 3 hours away, and I usually go once every other week (and I was just there this weekend). So now I'm in need of a distributor, but I don't really want to pay an arm and a leg, since I can get one for free.

If anybody has a distributor that they want to sell to me for cheap, or even lend to me until I get the other one, PLEASE e-mail me wutangben@gmail.com and/or hit me up on aim: putangben.

I'd really appreciate it, and would be willing to hook you up with some parts off of this 4th gen that I get parts for free off of.

I have one from my h23a. I'm not sure if it works with your VTEC. Anyway, it's an old one you can use in the mean time. I'm unsure of the condition, but my car wasn't dying or anything. I'll send it for $20 since I have no use for it. A $20 temporary fix if you think about it like that. I know for sure it's not in tip top condition, but at least you dont have to drive 3 hours to get one. Let me know what you think.

I it will fine. all h22, and h23 distributors are the same. i have one also, its from a jdm h22, it has internal coil though. so you would have to do some rewiring.
