N1 how loud with silencer?

I found a Apexi N1 muffler at Racerwheels.com and it was very cheap (123$) with a silencer, I have a 95 s and am wonders should I buy it? I am not so sure about the website, I don't think I trust it so much. Also I am wondering will I need to get a whole new exhaust pipe from the engine to the muffler? It says it is a universal muffler will it work with the stock pipe? I am not so worryied about performace gain because I don't have the money to invest in them right now so I am looking at style and sound. thanks in advance.

i have the muffler with a custom 2.5" piping and stock resonator and cat... it is not as loud as many people say. I thought i would need a silencer but it works great and sounds deep... not a fart sound.

i definitely recommend it. Also i got a Turbo sized muffler not the N/A version which is smaller.

Means it's not a real apexi muffler. Its a knock off brand that looks like a apexi N1.

get a tanabe..

i just got the tanabe super hyper medallion from groupbuycenter. It's awesome, deep low tone on my SI. Love it to the extreme. Never heard an exhaust sound any better on an SI prelude.

My ex got that N1 style muffler for her car off ebay. It's got a nice deep sound, for such a small muffler that it is.
