My tranny is acting up...

I misshifted twice the other day in my 93 VTEC into third, dident grind, just missed the gear. Anyway now its harder getting it into gear shifting hard. Im getting motor mounts this weekend and am hoping thats going to help but can anyone tell me whats wrong with the tranny or shift linkages. I doesent grind, its just hard getting it in at high rpm, almost like theres a wall there. Thanks

Well if it doesnt grind it doesnt sound like you hurt anything inside. What you might check are the metal e-clips that hold the shift linkage into place. There are 2 in the car on the front side of the base plate and 2 up by the tranny below the thermostat. I was missing one of those when I got my swap back and it kicked my a55 for a while! I ended up messing some stuff up because of it.
