well I already talked to ya.. lemme know the results of the dry/wet compression test and we'll see if we can't figure out what's wrong.

They all gotta break some time Just sucks when it happens.

What'd you do, spin a bearing or something? How much money did you win? Enough to take care of the fixing?

crank oulley loose....possibly you skipped teeth on the t-belt and bent valves. Check the timing on the cam gears, then go look on the flywheel to see where the timing mark is to determine if cam timing is messed up.

well I did in fact skip teeth on the timing belt, however it skipped to retard them...i set the motor to TDC by the flywheel and distributor, and the cams were retarded..., i bought a new timing belt, but first i decided to adjust my cam gears as far advanced as i could, i did that and my rocker arm became somewhat loose like they should be at TDC, which was a good sign, i put it together, started it up, nice idle, pulled away and i had power back, from 1500 yesterday, it wouldnt go anywhere, just bogged heavy today it took off, i was relieved, BTW while i was turning my crank manually to loosen the screw on the gears, it was very tight to turn, then i could hear the whooooosh as the comperssion came out which was a good sign, i dont think i bent anything..after i get my belt done, my freind is going to check the compression for me...im so relieved though...
