he just got a 95 f22... i have scolded him for not finding a vtec or at least an si, but he wants to mod the car. he wants to know if it is possible to pass smog with a JDM h22... my initial response was no... but not sure. also, if he were to get, let's say, a USDM h22, would he need to swap the tranny?
