Not having a lot of time and money is going to cost you with that. I would sell it to someone who at least isn't in school with some time on their hands and let them start their own project. And you might be able to get 400$ out of it. The paint looks fresh, the wiring harness seems to be all there. **** you could sell the ecu and the harness and get more than what you bought the car for.
Why don't you sell the car, save up some money and buy a prelude that already has an engine in it and start on that. you can start by rebuilding the engine, then the body. Because with the naked lude you got now, buying everything you need to clean it up is gonna cost you... a lot.

Or you can go big or go home and do it. this is just my opinion.

Id love to go big. i been asking about 450$ for it but no takers. i love the sytle of the prelude. i priced it and to get the the car to factory (without engine) it will be about 300$ which isnt to bad i think im going to go that route and then later on turn it into what i want it to be.

Please tell me you don't still intend on putting a body kit and Z3 fenders on it.

Sounds like a good starting point...you could make a build thread here and keep us updated on the build with pictures, etc.

And I had my rice burner stage too...hell, when I was younger I even had a body kit and spoiler at one point. Then I got tired of scraping the body on every single little dip and imperfection on the road. Also I don't see the point of a spoiler in a FWD car anymore so, I ditched the kit and got back to stock bumpers etc. Looks a lot better now.

Just my .02C.
