My 4th Gen 3D Model...

Hey guys, I am modeling a 4th generation Lude in 3ds max 6 and I just thought I would show everyone my progress so far. Here is a front render:

I will probably go JDM style This thing has taken me hours upon hours to do! When it's done I am gonna make a little animation of 2 ludes racing down a street! I still got lots to do though

With all of this experience in modelling, why doesn't someone start making SolidWorks models of suspension components and get them machined out of aluminum?

Actually there are people that model certain objects and sell them online. I doubt I would be able to sell the prelude I am doing though cuz its my first extensive model I am working on. Oh well, I have fun doing it!

exactly. it's fun, you're learning, and it's something you can add to your portfolio. i wish i knew where to start to do something like that.
