Mugen Exhuast

Has anyone here fitted a mugen exhuast from a 5th gen onto a 4th gen?

Ive got a friend that is selling his mugen and another friend that wants to buy it...now from what i can see the routing of the pipework is a bit different at the rear suspension, but is it hard to make fit?

Any help would be great...

Most people don't want to chop up a $1000 exhaust that much.
