Motor Mounts

Ok guys looking into getting the Energy Suspension Motor Mount Inserts.

I have a 1993 Honda Prelude.
Is there motor mount inserts that will fit in an Automatic??

I found these on ebay and says there for the Manual transmission..anyone know of any for an auto?

IDK if they make them for an automatic tranny but you can get the manual ones to fit (it takes some lube and convincing, but I've done it twice). If you need a set, PM me, I have some extra ones.

I don't have an automatic but one of my friends/STLPC member installed them in his automatic and said it made a difference.

Brand? I call them 'Grant' motor mounts. (Makin' motor mounts...)

PM me if you are interested in the price.

um, it doesnt' matter if its auto or man... there are only 4 pieces, two go on the front motor mount, two on the rear mount. the tranny mount is just a bolt, and the other motor mount (drivers side) is hydrolic.

keiths motor mounts will work just as good as the ES, for both auto and man. ludes.

Actually, the rear mounts are different from manual to auto. The space for the insert is smaller and it takes some convincing to do. I've installed motor mounts for 2 automatic Preludes (both 4th and 5th gen).

Yep, I have a few sets right now but I expect most of them to be sold soon... PM me for details.

i have these mounts on my manual and i definitly dig them. sometimes some vibration at idle, but rarely. otherwise it just helps you feel more connected to the car somehow...
