hey my car is idling funny. its low and the motor feels like its struggling. when i put it into gear to drive sometimes it stalls but usually it will move but very slowly but the motor revs up normally with very slow acceleration the motor putters too.i have no clue whats going on or what to check. my mechanic is on vacation and my car is a daily driver. any help will be greatly appreciated. 96 si with a h22a swap w/ ems.

What have you checked so far? If nothing, start with the simple stuff. Did you accidentally fill up with lower octane gas, bad spark plugs, cap and rotor, etc, etc.

hey, that works....... i replaced the spark plugs. they were gross. that fixed it. thanks a million............

does any one know what type of bulb the jdm headlights have for the highbeam? i have one thats burnt but it doesnt say anything on the bulb.

H1's for high, H4's for low. I had to replace my low beams last night.
