missing fuses

I was looking at stuff when I came to the fuses under the steering wheel I found that some where missing compared to the graph that's on the plastic pice you remove to get to them. What I need to know is if the one's I'm missing are important. They are #5 the ACG-S,and the one that sounds important is #19 ECU. I have been driving the car and nothing seems wrong but I thought I would ask you guys. I do have the fuses needed to replace them but they maybe missing for a reason I'm not sure. Any input would be nice. Thanks

I searched in the internet and as far as I understand ACG stands for Alternating Current Generator (which is your alternator). Correct me if I am wrong.
