Yes they will fit. I had been thinking about getting a set but then I found www.hondafloormats.com and ordered a set of OEM 4th gen mats

Be warned though, my shopping experience was not the best. They didn't send out the mats until I called them after a week. I did get them though and they are soooooo sweet.

Thanks for the info! I have needed a set of OEM floor mats for about 3 years. Honda does not sell them any more so I thought I was SOL.

Take care

I got my new set from hparts.com for $54 shipped. I e-mailed them before I bought them and asked if they had any in stock. They said no but I they were listed on their site so I bought them anyway. lol So they overnighted them from where ever they had them, hehe.

I'm pretty sure the trunk lining won't fit.
