So, i'm in the process of upgrading my brake system, i'm ordering a new BMC, Hawk pads, brembo blanks, and i was going to get SS brake lines, when my old man starts arguing with me that i can make them myself cheaper. I tried to tell him that i wouldn't necessarily trust myself to build them, that messing with brakes is a huge no no, but instead it blew up to this huge thing, so now i guess what i'm asking is, have any of you ever heard of anyone making their own ss brake lines using parts from napa?

It can be done, if you know what you are doing, and you have the right tools... If your dad is so handy, have him prove it to you!

who knows, maybe you can make some extras and sell them here!!

I know somebody who makes theie own SS lines...and they're definitely experienced with it. When it comes to brakes, I'd rather trust a company that specializes in them.
