Making a decision on my engine

Hey guys. I wanna fix up my 95 Si and make it really fast. Currently, I have an automatic H23A1 with 80,000 miles. What should I do..swap to VTEC and get I/H/E or stick with my Si, convert it to manual and maybe get a Turbo Drag kit? Will it be alright if I stay with my automatic transmission and get a turbo kit? I want to save as much cash as possible.

Also, how can I launch without peeling? I have tried reving to 3000rpm but it still makes me peel.

Not to mention alot slower. My opinion if a turbo kit is a definate then I would use the H23 and make it a manual. You will gain atleast .4sec just by the tranny swap. Then I would beef up your engine a little bit and strap on that turbo. I've heard of a turboed H23 gett'n into the 12's.

Peace

Go with a manual turbo h23 if you can afford it. and a lsd if possible.
