Major fog light help PLEASE

Ok everyone I really Need some help with my fog lights. I know there are a lot of thread, but I'm still confused.
So my foglights came and it has no wires, relay or switch.
But my car seems like it already has wires? Cause there is this wired from where thr signal lights are at, that fits diretcly to the end coming from the fog light. So is that the wire? Or so I need to buy a new set of wires?
Also do I need a relay? And a switch? Can't I just wired them to my driver light?
I looked under my dash but I found nothing. Lol probably cause I don't even know what I'm looking for. I'm lame xp
please help?

Can you be more specific about the fogs you bought

New or used?
Are they USDM, JDM, JDM replica, or generic aftermarket universal fogs?

Do a search, theres plenty of FOG light faq's.

Get a regular relay, put it under the steering column in the plug for foglight harness, depending on the year of your car jump the switch with a paper clip and they will always turn on with car.

finding an oem switch is super hard.

HondaAutomotiveparts.com has instructions in their accessory part on how to wire OEM fog lights, either that or majestichonda.

do a search do a search do a search.

then ask questions pertaining to what you found in the search that you cant figure out.

There should be a faq somewhere that i created on how to jump the connection on the wiring harness to have the fog lights in on position full time.

basically cut a paper clip and bend it straight over so it looks like ... a bobby pin.

put it into the wires that connect the fog lights to on position.

Have you found the harness that the switch would plug into yet?

Did you find/read the document on the websites I posted earlier?

If you have answered no to the 2 above questions I wont help you

thanks for all the help. I have just finish putting thr fog lights on today lol.
And I finally found that dam brown wired under thr steering and is ready to connect it. But unfortuntely I have to delay my installation process cause I just order thr relay today.
I looked at kragen, and autozon. In 2 different city an they didn't have it.
Lol. Hopefully it gets here by Friday.

Also for thr switch, any hints on how I can find that easier?
And ok I will try the pin, but will any of te cheap switch at the store work for it?

You'd have to cut the wires for the oem switch and wire it in to the same wires you would short, in that document i told you about it gives you a pin out diagram. hooking up an on/off to those will allow you to use as witch on the fogs.

some people jump the cruise control switch so its always on and hook up the fog light swtich to it instead (assuming 92 or 93 prelude).

im shocked that you couldn't find a relay, its just a plain ass square one with 4 prongs. :|

If you see a cheap ass fog light kit at wally mart it will have the required relay also, should not cost more than a few bucks.

Good work on what you've done so far!!

so if I do the cruise control switch than it's always on? I can't turn it on or off by pressing the button? Lol cause I might just do that.

ok, so i figure that the relay dont need to be grounded.
but i still dont know what i am doing wrong? I have the fog mounted and connected. i got the wired connect to the relay under the steering wheel. and i used the paper clip thingy too. and when i did that i hear some clicking noise coming from my relay. so idk.
what does that mean

did you check the pin out so that you know what pins need to be shorted to turn on the fogs?

also they only go on when headlights go on. and im assuming you checked the bulbs to ensure they are good ?

i've read that its the orange and the red/yellow ..... so i stuck a pin in there.

yes i also checked my bulbs in my fog lights and they are good.
idk if this is a good or bad but when the pin is in the switch and i touch it or tap it a little, i can hear clicking noise coming from the relay
