was wondering what kind of spark plugs, wires would improve the power better. over the past few months, i got horrible gas mileage, power loss etc. need maintenence help

I would replace your spark plugs with stock NGK PZFR6F-11 plugs (platinum) or NGK BKR6E-11 (copper). The copper will have to be replaced sooner than the platinums, but they are nice plugs. How many miles are on your current plugs?

If your stock wires aren't damaged or in oher ways defective, then you shouldn't need to change them. If you do need to replace then go with NGK wires.

Also, when is the last time you replaced your cap and rotor on the distributor? Might want to check up on that as well.

He meant to say ZFR6F-11, no the BKR6E's. Those are used in B-series.
