MagnaFlow Cat

I just got my new magnflow high flow cat installed. I have i/h/e, but now with the high flow cat it makes my prelude sound a little more throaty, as for hp gain, I have no idea. I can't really feel a difference... you guys have any opinions on high flow cats? or know if it adds any hp @ all? I have a 1994 SI.
Peace

I have a powercore cat. Completly hollow. Sounds great! don't know about the actual HP #'s but they're there.

I got my MagnaFlow Cat for $110 + $50 to install it, it was a universal cat so it had to be welded on, but it ended up being a good idea because I had a very small leak in my exhaust right after the cat... It's all sealed up now and it sounds very deep and throaty, even with my Ractice exhaust! Peace.

I was thinking about getting a random technologies cat. Do you guys know if the magnaflow is a better piece or is the random better. I can pick one up for around $230.

random is overpriced and not as good, get a magnaflow or carsound cat. the only difference is you pay extra for polished SS on the magnaflow since carsound makes magnaflow.
