LSD Tranny?

Does anyone know if the LSD tranny is supposed to come stock with the JDM H22A? Mine didn't, but I was hoping it would have it.

But I can tell that the tranny I have, isnt the original one for my motor. So did I get ripped off?

lsd was an option so you didnt necessarily get ripped off that it didnt come with it, unless you paid for it.

how do you know the tranny wasnt the one that originally came with the motor? what is the tranny code?

Ok. No I didnt ask for LSD, I had heard that they all came with it. But you cant go on a rumor.

As for the tranny not matching; It was unbolted from the motor when I picked it up. Plus it has a black coating on it(paint I think) that was not on the motor.
Also one of the tranny mount bolt holes is broken, but there is no matching damage on the engine block.

As for numbers, I cant find any on the tranny. They have been removed or painted over.I am confident that the tranny is in good shape, as the stock clutch I removed looks like it has hardly been used.

Thanks.
Jeffrey
