do not touch the adjustment screw!!!! that only will cover up the problem and will never actually fix it. The adjust idle screw should be set for lifetime of the vehicle.

You need to search on Google - Honda low idle.

Here is a few things u can do, maybe one of them catches the problem.

1. clean IAC valve
2. clean and adjust FIT valve
3. clean throttle body
4. inspect throttle cables
5. inspect hoses and lines for any leaks or vacuum leaks
6. check if there is no air in the cooling system, there should be no air bubbles in coolant.

There are many more things to check. Start with this list. REASEARCH on how to clean and adjust these things. There are many threads on the problem u have.

also you have to have a tuneup done before u do all of these things. Make sure you have good wires, plugs and distributor cap.
