loss in gas milege

i just noticed that my gas milege drops from almost 300 miles per full tank to 247 miles

i didn't do anything unusual to the car and drive just the way i was before

any suggestion what should i look at? any part particularly?

if it's da stock 205/55 15's then the recommended air pressure is 32psi

will tire pressure makes that big diff.? i think i am running like 20mpg right now that's bad it turns

do u know how many gallons u use up?

just going by the gauge can be very deceiving

how long has it been since you changed your fuel filter? also air filter and spark plugs. if you replace all of those im sure your mpg should go back up.

fuel filter's changed about 2-3 weeks ago, plugs, wires dist. cap changed about 2 months ago

i will check on the tire pressure and clean the air filter this weekend

hopefully it'll get better

i heard o2 sensors can also be the problem for loss in mpg...just a thought=p
