Loose Moonroof

The moon roof on the Lude is starting to "hop" its way back while I'm pushing the button. When its back I can feel that its loose, by pushing up on it.

SO...

Found these threads:

This one talks about removing the roof:
sunroof removal

And this one extends the first with a diagram:
Figured out why the sunroof\moonroof rattles

So now comes the true questions!!!

Do I just need to spray some grease/degrease in there(on the tracks)? What do I need to tighten(if anything)?

Thanks again!

I took mine all out and apart the one day to try and tighten it up but no such luck. So good luck to you.
