I have three quick questions. what is the capped off connector in the engine for that has all the yellow and black wires?

what are the two capped off orange connectors behind the wall panels in the rear seats?

I'm getting compression of 1. 200 2. 190 3. 190 4. 190 .

what does this mean? good? bad? normal? can i raise it by any means? like i only mean to get them all to 200 or maybe higher? the only way i know is to bore it out, but why would 3 cylindars be lower anyway?

i have a 92 si with 123 k.
