I'll sell you mine...

...just the engine, right? mine just needs 2 piston rings replaced and a new head gasket. And its perfect! i'll sell you it for $800.
a 1993 H23A1

Peace,
Jose

ps. piston rings and head gaskets are dirt cheap! head gasket alone is like $30.

i got one for u.... engine only (and i mean engine only).. the valve cover, distributor, ac compressor, fuel rail (but i have the injectors) are missing. It was taken out running and drivable. But i believe you might need to look at the head (one of the valves might be bent) but it was still driving. Has about 75000 miles on it. Comes with STR cam gears, i also have a GUDE ECU (better fuel/air ratio and red line to 7500). I also have the stock ECU too.

I'll sell the engine for 500 plus shipping. If you want the GUDE ECU too (retailed at 350), extra 150. Let me know.

I have a '95 H22A motor that i used for parts when i did my vtec head swap, it is very clean internally, has approx. 35,000 miles... its missing the valve cover, injectors, water pump pipe, and the distributor-same on a H23 so you can use yours. I wasnt really trying to sell it but after reading this thread and youre willing to pay 1,200 for a H23... if youre willing to pay $1000+shipping for mine then ill sell it to you. Email me if you are interested. Thanks.

Hondaplex , Thanks for the offer but i need a whole new engine .

FROSTWHITE94SI ,

Actually , Im not in states right now . Now it's my brother's car . The prelude used to be my car but now i have gone back to my country for good which means i will not be back in states unless i have time to visit my brother . Im also not sure what parts of the engine blew , before the blew , my brother said that the engine oil light comes up and after like 35 seconds , the engine shut off. He towed the car back to the house and he saw the oil was leaking. So that's it . He's not into cars so he doesn't knows how to check the engine . If he's into cars , i will sure ask him to rebuilt to race spec and turbocharged it . Make me an offer about the engine at silver_lude@hotmail.com . But you pay the shipping . Thanks !
