Lights pointing up

I did the JDM headlight swap and I couldn't be happier with the results. They really do change the look of the car.
The only isue left to resolve is the problem with where the lights are pointing. I think they are pointing a little too high. I would like to move them down.
Its been a while since I looked at the lights but I seem to remember a screw on top which had notches under it. I would assume that this is a loose guideline for position. Is that the only screw that I have to loosen to move the lights down? I remember there being a lot of pressure when I tried and pull it forward. The last thing I want to do is damage anything.

Any help?

Thanks

Does anyone have a procedure to do this. I just wondering how I would be sure that the lights are at the same height. Should I do this with the car a certain distance from a wall?
As well.... Does anyone have a helms schematic of the JDM lights and what screw do what? I only have the USDM book so the proper adjustment may not be there..... Might be close though.... I'll have to look.

Thanks

IIRC, the proper way to adjust your headlights would be to park on a level surface and be 3 feet away from a wall. Turn on your lights and mark the center center of where the light shines. Then move back 25 feet and align the lights accordingly.
