Lights Don't work

I've been trying to troubleshoot this problem for a few weeks now and have come up with nothing. This happened after converting to the 94-96 EL Cluster. I've converted back to my 92-93 cluster and still have the same problem.

My parking lights, turn signals, high/low beams, and hazard switch, wiper system don't work.

!! My high beam indictator on the cluster stays on. !!

First I thought it was the flasher relay, then I thought it was the intergrated unit.

I've replaced my in-car fusebox, checked(with meter) all fuses in the cabin and in the engine fuseboxes. I've replaced the dimmer and headlight relays and also the combination switch.

Can anyone help me out? I've been thinking about taking my car to the dealer, but everything is ripped apart..

Dang, since it's a swap I have a hard time telling you.
I don't even know if the dealer will bother with it, will they?

check out the 4g faq, download the wiring manual. follow the switch wires and see what you've got. *shrug*

I actually have the whole dash harness from a 94, so it was basically plug and play except for adding one ground wire on the passenger side. I didn't spice anything.

I was messing around with my volt meter and when I turn the combination switch to either the first or second dot for the headlgihts, I get ~0.11v and 0v when its switched to the off.

I have a friend coming by later tonight to swap over all the relays one more time to see if anything works. I'm just praying its a relay even though I've already tried swapping with someone else.

Thanks for the suggestions.
