Here we go first I am doing the h23 vtec swap and have a few ? about the heads
1. Will a 95 H23 distribitor work with a H22 head any year? I know the 96 above use ODB II but everything is going to be ODB I so will it bolt up. Same part # for 92-95 si and vtec.
2. Is there any difference between the H22 head for any year? Are they all the same? They do have different part #'s but the # even changes between 97 and 2000 so is there any difference?
3. Does matter what injectors are used? they do have different part #'s.
4. Would you use the H23 head gasket or the H22 head gasket?
5. Is there a difference between the 95 and 96 up vtec intake manifold?
6. Is the throtle body the same for the 92-95 si and vtec.
Thanks for your help. I have done a lot of research and talked to a few people who have done the head swap and these are just the questions I would need a little more info on and just to verify a few things. Sorry for the long post.
I was pretty close eh sik?
Have you started it yet?

yeah pulled the old head off and started on the block rebuild looking for a damn head, emailed a few people. there is a few other parts trying to find as well. I got all winter cause I don't drive it anyway. I will take some pics of the swap.
Originally posted by Si4WS I think the injectors are different. One set is peak and hold and the other set is saturated, I think . . .I'm not sure. Just guessing really.
Yeah I knew that about the injectors already but I was wondering how the 270cc would hold up to the H22 head? I am just going to use the 310cc injectors.
