What is the best way to launch the 4th Gen Lude?

This will deffinitly depend on your setup (clutch/tires/power you are putting down)

Generally slipping the clutch from 4K is decent.. Again you will have to try different things to see which works best with your setup!

Some others can post what they find good so you can compare and test out.

I feather the clutch to keep the rpm's from dropping. I usally start out at about 3800-4000 and a little higher if there is good traction.

I'm new to the manual tranny thing (since January), and was wondering what is meant by 'dumping' the clutch and 'slipping' the clutch. And, what's the easiest-on-the-car way to drive?

Dumping is releasing your clutch quickly while slipping is releasing it slowly.

when im at the track i drop it at 3k. i get consistent 2.2's on street tires, nitto 450's. stock clutch.
