Konig Rated R

what do you think of white Konig Rated-r 17" rims?? my friend is selling his gsr and im thinking about picking them up. are they heavy? would they look right? i think they would looke good but he wont let me put one on my car until i get at least a little money. he wants $700 for them, they are flawless with almost new tires.

Yeah don't get these if you are trying to get something lightweight. I think those are around 20 lbs a piece.

The integra and prelude have different bolt patterns, I believe the integra is 100.4 mm and our preludes are 114.3mm....so unless he has converted to our bolt pattern, those wheels wont fit. I could be wrong though....

if i remember correctly the konig rated r's are dual 4-bolt pattern

4x100 and 4x114.3

correct me if i'm wrong

yeah your right they have 8 holes. i already chekced that out. is 20 lbs heavy?? how heavy are stock rims? and are the konigs rated Rs a copy of the Volk t37s or something?

Yes they are volk rip offs. 20lbs is just ball park, try to find the actual wieght and above 20 is pretty heavy for 17's.

I think it is usally because they are too lazy to change all 4 rims for the track and the front is where you benefit from having a tire with some sidewall for traction when launching. You need traction in the rear for draggin? I don't.

yeah my bro had rated Rs on his civic. I had them on my car for a lil while. They were 17s and were A LOT lighter than my stock rims(92-93 alloys). They do have a dual bolt pattern. 4x100 and 4x114.
