Kit Questions...

I thought it would be a long time before I got a kit but
then I found extreme dimensions with the same ****
I want for 500 instead of 1000. But I got a couple questions.

1. Anyone know anything about Extreme Dimensions?
are they reliable?

2. Where are the turn signals and fog lights?
most of the kits I saw didn't have the lower set
of lights. How does that work?

3. If I got just the kit painted would it be cheaper than
gettn a whole new paint job?
Can I get jus the kit painted?

4. I heard it costs hella more money to change the color
of your car, is that true? How much more?

5. Last one. How much does it cost to have a kit installed?

I dont kno anything about all this ****. Any help would be
nice.

I was going to go through Extreme dimensions to get a set of racing harts 17x7.5 CP-035s in a 4x114.3 bolt pattern. Well i had ordered them in early June 2001 and it took them until november 2001 to tell me that racing hart doesn't make the wheel in that bolt pattern anymore. Oh wait a sec, they did send me a set, but the sizes were completely WRONG!! Then i had to send them back but that took 2 weeks for some reason because they don't like calling their customers back. Oh i couldn't tell you how many times that happened. Then after another month of waiting i had called them to find out what the sh1t was going on and they claimed that their "distributor" only had recieved 3 wheels and were waiting for the 4th wheel to ship the new set of wheels. I had to fvcking prove that i sent all 4 wheels by faxing them the pickup receipts that UPS gave me. Thank the lord i kept those things because it was already month later. Well that was solved and they told me that the new wheels would be shipped ASAP. YEA SUUUUUUUREEEE....about a month and half-2 months later i called back. Told me they were going to find out what was going and call me back. Hmmmmm, never fvcking called me back. I had to call them back about 95% of the time. It was the worst customer service i've ever had. After about 2-3 weeks of me of calling them they FINALLY CALL ME BACK and tell me that racing hart does not make that bolt pattern anymore. Well yippidy-fvcking-doodaa...it took them that long and i could've saved months of aggrevation if they did a little more research and weren't so money hungry. Oh then they told me that they were going to send my check back. Waited another f-ing 2-3 weeks for that because i had to call them back to remind them about 3 times and they finally called me back to tell me the check was shipped out. Just about the worst customer service i've ever encountered.

But to be honest with you, i think it was just in my situation. If you know definitely that the part you want is in stock, i don't think you should have anything to worry about. If you run into a problem, i pray you don't go through what i went through.
